Cate Williams is the founder of Inspire Collective 2.0, a curated gathering that champions women’s ideas, businesses, creative pursuits and leadership through meaningful conversation and authentic connection.

A singer-songwriter, leader and community builder, Cate is passionate about creating spaces where women are seen, heard and encouraged to become all they are capable of being. Her love of storytelling, creativity and authentic expression shapes everything she does, from writing and recording music to cultivating communities where women can bring their whole selves and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

It was over ten years ago, that Cate first launched the original Inspire Collective with the launch of her first album Dance of Life, as a response to the loneliness of the creative process and a need to rub shoulders in the creative space for courage and inspiration. Gathering with about 10 women in her home at first, the Inspire Collective soon outgrew her loungeroom and ended up with a committed member base of 200 women, and gatherings in the hundreds.

Today, she returns to Inspire Collective with renewed clarity and purpose.

Known for her warmth, wisdom and ability to foster honest conversations, Cate believes that wisdom grows in community and that some of life’s most important breakthroughs happen when women gather face-to-face to share stories, challenges and possibilities.

Cate is currently recording her next album Carrying Me, returning to the studio with award winning producer Daniel Klenner, a decade after her first release to create music that reflects the wisdom, resilience and hope gained through life's seasons. She is also the author of Destined to Dream, a book that encourages people to embrace possibility, pursue purpose and have the courage to step into the future they were created for.
